I could not print the check list, so will have to go back and try. I was pretty close to the value that you gave us. Thank you. It did not take long to get the the report. We have two low maintenance decks, one in the front and one in the back, I do not know if this makes a difference. We also have a 20' x 12 barn type shed, besides the two and half car garage and the 30' x 40 pole shed. The two driveways are tared. Please let me know if this changes anything.
