The estimate is very close to the comps in our neighborhood. Our house has been updated in the past 5 years. We have replaced the electrical breaker panel, N/G water heater with circulator pump, HVAC N/G heater and prepped for central air unit. Currently we use Evaporator cooler. We replaced all toilets. Remodeled kitchen with granite c/tops, tile floor and all new appliances. Patio and castle wall landscaping including artificial turf back yard. Storage shed. These upgrades increases the value of our house over the comps. It would be nice for the system to allow owners to give dates of upgrades, roof and mechanical updates.
