To me this historical background of the property, could be relayed to the potential individual who might be interested in purchasing the property , as stated herein. Overall, even with the derogatory statements made by disappointed individuals , I found this report most interesting and informative, to be used in our eventual selling or purchasing of the home. In closing, may I say, that in this world you can not satisfy everybody as nobody is perfect! But Zillow made a very good evaluation of the property for any one with an open mind, and not searching for minute details. Even Gold and most diamonds have errors in their presentation by the seller!
