It was quick and very inexpensive. It gave me some information that I hadn't seen before and a checklist of items that I might not have thought of without this report. I would have liked to been given a little more insight on how to interpret some of the information provided, but it was mostly what I expected, even though the pictures are from 4-5 years ago. I have a different landscape now and many trees that provide shade to the property.
