I ordered what should have been two sweaters and received two very cheap sweatshirts!!
This was their response:

99% of customers feel satisfied when receiving the product and have feedbackafter using it, proving that the product that my company supplies are valuable to users.
We would like to inform you that we will refund or return only when it is the wrong order. We can't able to change.
Hopefully, you will disregard this complaint.
