“This is just wrong! Scam company from China, fake phone numbers, order took over a month and when it finally arrived product was so cheap and poorly made than was only good for tossing! They don't even publish reviews!!”
“This company is out of China. It takes over 20 days to receive order. I should have done my homework. Now, I'm in the process of a refund, and having a difficult time with that. Not good.”
“I ordered a canvas print within the last month they sent the canvas print with the words and they finish the words on the side of the canvas and stapled it no one told me they were going to do that they charged me a total of almost $60 I have already emailed them I give them the PO number I've asked to return the product I have heard nothing from anybody”
“Ordered a custom shirt, emblazoned with the countries flag I was going to for vacation. Was supposed to get it within 14-17 days. It came 5 weeks later, making it useless. VERY disappointed. Customer service was of no help. Don't buy here unless you are in no hurry...”
“Our old toilet brush was just gross. The bristles get built up with gunk and it would drip water everywhere.
This flexi toilet brush reaches around all of the contours of the toilet bowl and once you’re done, you pull it out and water/gunk slide right off leaving it clean.”
“Product arrived with a serious fault in it's design - the silicone toilet brush comes unsealed meaning the section that holds the brush does not have a catchment. They claim this deisgn is meant to promote 'ventilation' but seriously, when a toilet is cleaned there is always residue liquid (either toxic cleaners or bits of feces) that sticks to the brush... I've seen this time and time again when cleaning old brushes. In the case of the silicone toilet brush, this left over liquid will only travel one place- your floor!! This is especially dangerous for those with babies or young children.
I contacted Homezy immediatly only to be given the run around all week with minimal comminication/responses and a solution to return the product at - wait for it - my expense!! I have since emailed them to confirm return address and I've had no response! This is a super dodgy company with dodgy products so buyer please beware!!!”
“I purchased a silicone toilet brush but when I opened the package I noticed a serious design flaw - the bottom part where the brush sits is not sealed! I cant imagine how that would be safe to use considering dangerous residue toilet cleaner or, at worst feces, would leak from the bottom onto our floor. With a crawling baby on tow this is especially unsafe.
I contacted Homezy immediately requesting to return the product only to be told that this would need to be at my expense! They have not acknowledged the faulty design and comminication with the company is substandard. This has been a really negative experience so I wanted to write this review to help warn others from using this company - buyer beware!!!”
