I wasn't sure what to expect flavor wise from this honey. I cannot pin point exactly what I'm tasting, but it's definitely pleasant. It's really smooth and you catch a taste of something different at the back end of it. It's a good sized jar to begin with and the packaging is nice. You can mix this with your tea, over fruit or by the spoonful (my personal favorite).
Do your taste buds a favor and grab a jar of this liquid gold.
