“This is my first time ordering bulk honey from HoneyFeast and other vendors. I purchased a 5 gallon bucket of HoneyFeast local Orange Blossom honey and saw a 15% off first purchase discount on the homescreen of HoneyFeast. The bucket price was $369 and with the 15% discount the price would be $313. I called multiple times, the answering machine picked up, stated the mailbox was full and unable to take a message on every option to contact HoneyFeast. I placed my first order on July 24 and then I submitted an email on July 24 and on Aug 3rd asking about the discount. The July 24 email went unanswered, but the Aug 3rd was answered. The owner, Charlie, replied the discount does not apply to the bucket priced items. The bucket was shipped in a cardboard box and due to FedEx inability to deliver the bucket in a timely manner, the bucket shipped from Florida to Ohio, then to Pennsylvania, overnighted back to Florida, then overnighted back to northern Pennsylvania, then to Martinsburg, West Virginia then, finally, delivered to my address in Maryland on August 5th, 2026. Delivery dates shifted several times, July 30, then 31, Aug 3 then Aug 5. The box looked a little "hard ridden", but the bucket was still sealed with a white tape around the lid.”

“We go through a LOT of honey....I mean A LOT!!! Honey Feast has amazing flavor and is always consistent. We currently order the 2 gallon bucket but if I could, I would definitely get it bigger (we would just need a place to put it and a pump!! LOL)”
