“I haven't been able to review the taste of the honey because when I got the honey it was contaminated and the container was broken it was delivered in a plastic bag with honey leaking so I cannot honestly say what it's like I have not gotten refund or a replacement. I have contacted the company to no avail not happy with their customer service.”

“Unfortunately, I experienced extremely poor customer service from honey feast. When I placed the order, I noticed the address was incorrect. I tended to contact them almost immediately, even before I received the confirmation email. I got no response. I finally got a shipping confirmation and quickly responded to their shipping department that the address was incorrect. They did not respond. I finally got confirmation from them that the package was delivered, to the incorrect address, of course. Weeks later, no response. No attempt to correct the issue, no attempt to make amends. They just ignored me. Now I’m sure that 90% of the time there are no issues. But knowing that there’s a 10% chance that there will be an issue and that they will ignore you, do not do business with this company.”

“The honey arrived in a solid state, like a brick. I want it in a liquid as advertized. I have purchased this in the past, and it arrived in a liquid. Not happy with the last order.”

“this company is a joke!!!! received broken jars, honey oozing out the box. they would not replace or refund... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! they are obviously more in the business of screwing people over than selling their honey, its probly store bought, put in different jar, slap a label on it.”
