“Honey Feast has great products and I would gladly recommend them, however after ordering from them directly this last time I didn't receive one of the items from my order and have been unable to get in contact with customer support. Great honey but customer service leaves much to be desired.”

“Well I have not wrestled with getting the lid off of the container yet I still have honey when I'm finished with what I have I will try this I'm looking forward to it but I'll give you a review on the order process and getting it here was awesome fast I don't I can't remember only took a few days and it was here so that's why you only got a three you did better than halfway with delivery and when I open it within the next couple weeks I'll let you know how I like the honey have a great Thanksgiving”

“I can't give it any more stars because I wrote to Charlie asking how the bees were treated for mites. I know that beekeepers are being pressured to use mRNA based treatments which is a HUGE NO-GO for me and should be for yourself. I never received an answer, so I don't know what I'm ingesting.”

“I didn't receive the honey. UPS lost my package. I called UPS and they told me to contact Honey Feast for the refund. I am so glad to get the review from the owner so that I can talk him directly. I still don't get the refund yet. I will reorder it when I get the refund, but it is still a big headache and times consuming for me even though it was UPS issues. Thanks. Please give me the refund back ASAP. Tri Do.”

“Honey is ok but shipping is very poor. The bottles should be wrapped in somethig and not just placed in a box where they are recieived with dustly bottles. I”

“Excellent honey. Priced a bit high for my tastes but it appears to be the norm with other apiaries. We had a bit of trouble when ordering, though. You may need to do your own customer service. That is to say, you may need to follow up your order with an email.”
