Unfortunately, I experienced extremely poor customer service from honey feast. When I placed the order, I noticed the address was incorrect. I tended to contact them almost immediately, even before I received the confirmation email. I got no response. I finally got a shipping confirmation and quickly responded to their shipping department that the address was incorrect. They did not respond. I finally got confirmation from them that the package was delivered, to the incorrect address, of course. Weeks later, no response. No attempt to correct the issue, no attempt to make amends. They just ignored me. Now I’m sure that 90% of the time there are no issues. But knowing that there’s a 10% chance that there will be an issue and that they will ignore you, do not do business with this company.
