“Made an order and paid $15 for 2 day delivery. Got my order 4 days later. Sent email about a refund. Got an email back that said “no problem “. Never got my refund and have called several times to talk to him about it. Good honey but very poor customer service. Will not be doing business with them again.”

“I didn't receive the honey. UPS lost my package. I called UPS and they told me to contact Honey Feast for the refund. I am so glad to get the review from the owner so that I can talk him directly. I still don't get the refund yet. I will reorder it when I get the refund, but it is still a big headache and times consuming for me even though it was UPS issues. Thanks. Please give me the refund back ASAP. Tri Do.”

“Good price, free and fast shipping . But for me was difference taste honey Orange blossom from California and Florida. So I ordered 5 gl anyway to check it out. If I will like this taste in long run , I will be ordering again”

“Waiting on my second order to come in bc I love their honey! I use it for my bread baking and they offer multiple sizes at reasonable prices too. Shipping takes a little longer than I expected but I don’t mind at all seeing as I’m all the way in Hawaii so I just plan out my purchase ahead of time.”

“Great company with fast service. The Orange Bloosom Honey is so good I had to order a second time. Manuka Honey is said to be the best for health. We are giving that one a try also, so far we love it. I would give them both a 10+ if I could.”

“This Ginger Honey is the best I have found in a long while. It is great in tea but even better in a few of the recipes that I use it for with ginger required. Can’t resist a good dollop on buttered biscuit. So good will be back for more soon. Not too mention it was packaged and shipped pronto.”
