I purchased this honey to make Mead, while the process is on going I am happy with the flavor of the honey, and assuming I dont screw up, it will make a fine batch of mead. I emailed the farm to do du diligence on the sourcing of the honey (All in Florida) as so much honey on the market comes from unknown or undocumented sources. The team has been great in our emails, and I look forward to using their product again for future batches.
