I rate them 5 stars excellent. I have not yet received my stole that I purchased through them, but they have been very communicative with me, answered any of my questions in thorough detail, and they've been very helpful for creating exactly what I had in mind! They sent a mock-up for my approval and the stole looked awesome. Highly recommend!!
