“Never got my order even paid extra for faster shipping!! Been months and still waiting on a refund!! I would never buy from this place again!”

We did receive your email yesterday and sent a reply, but if you didn't receive it, we sincerely apologize for any confusion. Unfortunately, when the tracking shows a package as delivered, we aren't always aware that it wasn't actually received unless the customer lets us know. “Purchased my gown a size bigger because mine was out of stock… looked to big so I contacted them back to see if I can exchange… they did an amazing job honestly so nice and understanding so we exchanged and weighing a one week period I sent mine back and they shipped mine out and got it a few days before graduation. I did have to pay a $18 fee to send mine in back but they were very professional and nice and would work with them anytime! Thank you guys Ben”
