“I was very fortunate to find this company in my search to find one that had the items I was searching for. Even though I was not able to get the exact match, I was able to speak with someone who was very helpful in identifying items that were very close to what I needed. I was able to get a tassel with the year pendant that is almost twenty years old.”

We did receive your email yesterday and sent a reply, but if you didn't receive it, we sincerely apologize for any confusion. “Purchased my gown a size bigger because mine was out of stock… looked to big so I contacted them back to see if I can exchange… they did an amazing job honestly so nice and understanding so we exchanged and weighing a one week period I sent mine back and they shipped mine out and got it a few days before graduation. I did have to pay a $18 fee to send mine in back but they were very professional and nice and would work with them anytime! Thank you guys Ben”
