“I have ordered our honors cords from you for several years and this is the first time that they arrived and they stunk. They smelled wet and musty. They have been airing now for a couple of weeks. Smell is a little better but they still stink. I called your company and I was told that sometimes they do smell when you receive them and you air them out. This is really unsatisfactory for me. I paid good money for these and the students should not have to wear something smelly.”

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! I looked into your order and it was shipped on Feb. 10th when we received the PO from your school and it was delivered 2 days later on Feb. 12th. You requested the quote on Jan. 21st, however nothing is shipped until a payment or PO is received. I'm sorry that you didn't get these in time for your event but we did ship the order on time based on when the PO was received. “I ordered 100 single tri-colored cords. All of which came with a severe smell of must. To my own demise, I tried to remove the smell myself and in the meanwhile lost 30+ cords as they fell apart in the dryer. This is not a company I would recommend, you get what you pay for. All the high schools in my district will be getting an email from me regarding not to order from this company.”

“The pink honors cords were much skinnier than those ordered in the past, they smell very musty, 2 of my 10 had ripped shreds on the rope and one's end completely came apart during graduation. Gah. Will not order again.”

“My package was delivered to the wrong location and were soaked from the rain (I only got them back because the location opened the package and called me). The replacement I got had the wrong number of items. It took three deliveries to get the right order”

“We have been using your company for several years. We were disappointed that it appears you have changed to a lesser quality product. Cord colors that used to be shiny and vibrant are now dull and drab. This year's cords look cheap compared to previous years. Very disappointed.”
