The sizes seem a bit off. I ordered a 51 and ended up selling it to a friend and ordered a 48. I am 5'8.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the stoles I purchased. They are coming apart at the top seam. I don't have time to get new ones but I'm not sure I will order from your company again.

Hi Michelle, thank you for your feedback. Please let us know if you would like a refund or replacement of your damaged stoles. Also, would you mind sending us a picture? It's possible that what you are talking about is just the hole in all stoles that they are turned inside in from after being sewn. Thank you! David

The sizes we ordered were out of stock and we needed to quickly choose alternative sizes. This was a disaster as the gowns were to big for some of our students.

We shipped your order on the day it was received Nov. 16th and it arrived to you by Nov. 22nd. The print was smaller than expected, and all the script letters in the name are separated instead of connected like in cursive.

After a few days i was informed that the stole could not be completed. Created a bit of a hassle trying to get it done elsewhere.

I ordered 5 tassels total. All five arrived timely; however, two of them were defective. The two defective tassels had strings that were too short for the tassel to hang properly from the cap and they were also cut in half at the tip of the string. I was very disappointed!

Thanks for the feedback! It looks like your order shipped out the same day it was placed and arrived 11 days later. Although many packages are arriving on time, we do have to rely on third party shipping solutions for delivery. That has been a bit less reliable than usual due to COVID and holiday strains on shipping. Hopefully the delay did not cause too much trouble. For our part, we can say your tracking information will confirm the package was scanned by USPS at 7:13 am the morning after your order was placed. If there is still an issue with your package, please let us know and we will be happy to send a replacement.

Hi Mary! Thanks for the feedback! It looks like your order was shipped the day the order was placed, but there was some sort of holdup for seven days in a USPS facility in Boise, ID. Unfortunately, we do have to rely on shipping providers to ensure delivery, and with recent events, there have been quite a few issues with the USPS. If you are unable to use your item, just mark the unopened package as "return to sender" and we will refund it when it arrives back at our warehouse.

You guys probably shouldn’t be asking for reviews right now. I paid the extra 25 dollars to receive the sashes faster. Still had to wait an entire month before receiving the sashes. The graduation had already past 3 weeks prior. I get it. Covid. But don’t have the option for faster shipping if you guys are going to take a month to make the sash.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! I was able to look up your order. The order was placed on 6/9 and shipped to you on 6/19, it only took 10 days for us to complete the custom stoles for you. The website also does state that our turnaround is 1-3 weeks for custom stoles to be made, the 2-day shipping you selected doesn't begin until the order ships out. I did also take a look at the shipping, which was delayed within UPS after the order left our building, in which case I have gone ahead and refunded your shipping cost. Took longer than expected wait time to receive the cap and gown. The 2020 tassel didn’t look how it did in the photo. I paid for expedited shipping and it still took a long time
