I ordered two stoles. One of them was not what I customized. I wanted a peach ribbon for uterine cancer instead I got a red ribbon. It’s probably because I had 3 different people contacting me about my order. That stole was supposed to be a gift... so disappointed.

You changed the color of 2020 and did not advise me. I bought this one because MIZZOU colors are black and gold . Too late to order another one. Not what I ordered.

The first order I made I was totally thrilled with the stoles. I couldn't believe how well made they were. This last batch was just plain, sloppy. Extremely uneven. The seams that connected the two sides was not near as neat and nicely done. I was using them to put the name of the school, year and the student's name with vinyl. The first group was perfect! This last batch I had to go through and pick out the best of the worst.

The navy mortor board was advertised as an adult size and was 9.25” x 9.25” instead of 12”x12”. I will return the cap. Disappointing. Tassel with date was as advertised.

Thanks for letting us know your concern! I have been unable to find anywhere where we inaccurately describe the mortar board as being 12"x12". You are correct, they are much closer to 10"x10". That is our adult size. If you could point us to where you saw the misinformation, we'd be happy to correct it for future customers.

Color is not maroon as in picture it is red :(

Package did not arrive on time. I paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping for an event that was 4 days after projected shipment arrival date, and I still did not receive my package in time. I also wasn’t given shipment tracking information until I requested it which makes me believe my package wasn’t sent out on time.

The products were fine. However, I paid for 2-day shipping so the items would arrive for an event. They did not arrive on time. When I called, I was told that there was “a delay in Kansas.” When the package did arrive it was marked with 3-day shipping.
