“Everything was great except that the cap we ordered with a 2X gown didn’t match his head size. My son is tall and bigger and his head isn’t the same size as everyone’s. Now we have to find a new cap even though paid for this one. Bummer.”

“I was hoping that maybe the musty smell of the chords was just a one off thing from the batch I received last year however once again the batch this year smells as if they are stored in a damp, musty place. The smell is pretty strong and they need to be aired out as it would be awful for grads to smell musty while at commencement. The quality of them is okay, they still shed alot which is not ideal. After these batches that were ordered I may seek alternative options because the musty smell is odd, like where are they being stored.”

“Ten of the cords came undone at bottom part where the knott is. Also, there were cords with loose threads. I was disappointed with the quality of this order since my previous orders have been of great quality.”

“I ordered 500 cords and was impressed with how quickly they arrived! They are a very good weight and quality. They are so stinky (like musty and chlorine smell) that the whole office stinks and students are commenting on the smell as they pick them up. I ordered a $25 bottle of Pooph to spray them with but that has only minimized the smell a little bit. I have them all hanging on hangers throughout the office hoping to air them out. I wonder if they have been sitting around a warehouse for a long time.”

“The color we purchased, specifically the light blue, was more of a very light blue, almost more of a light gray color in person; different than the photo of the cord online. They also shed, one of the colors has frills shedding in the package and when taken out of the package it was still leaving pieces of string shedding. Lastly they smelled bad as if they were in a storage area that had water damage or something.”

“The overall stole is nice! Very detailed embroidery.I am upset that the website has miscommunication in regards to which side, for instance:left is right and right is left. This should be more clear. I wanted my Nursing association on the left it's on the right.”

“I was excited to get these for my students but was a little disappointed that the back of the embroidery isn't concealed within the stole. So the back of the embroidery is visible. Not to mention the webbing was still on. But was happy with the quick turn around and ease of design.”

“The order was good, the only mistake was that there a mess up on two of the stoles so I had to get new ones back. The new ones were given to me in a quick manner, so other than that everything was good.”

“I received my order in good condition. However, in ordering stoles, I received different shades of green. I also asked which shade was correct, and what would it be moving forward as last year it was darker. I did not receive a response. I did receive replacement stoles which matched most of the 1st quantity I received. Customer Service could improve by responding to questions asked so that I can prepare for future orders!”

“Caps were comparable to quality of Jostens. However the tassels lacked the same quality. Josten's tassels are more full and has silkier/smoother material. I appreciate the timeliness on receiving the order and will order again.”

“I bought a grad pack. Most of the items were nice, but I was disappointed in the announcements. The printing on the inside looked cheap, and because of placement, the school seal did not print correctly because it went across the back side of the engraving on the front of the card. One would think that there would automatically be a limited area when composing the text on the inside so that does not happen if that style of announcement is chosen.”

“Very happy with the quality of the hat and tassel. Item arrived quickly. However packing was not so good. Tassel was not wrapped properly. Most of it was hanging out of the box. If the box was taped better maybe this wouldn’t have happened. Luckily it was black. If it was a lighter color it would have been very dirty looking. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the poor packing.”
