“My order was not submitted Apparently when I first ordered on May 8th and when I called to check May 16 she immediately said we’ll ship it right away but now when I go into shipment tracking it says not received yet so I’m supposed to get it tomorrow the nice lady on Saturday said but now not sure. I’m needing these for Wednesday but just not sure. Sad because y’all were so quick last year and dependable.”

“I wasn’t given the proper colour of tassels and I’m pretty disappointed with that because I ordered 60 tassels and these are gifts for grads that have to miss their graduation. But besides that they ship their orders the next day after you put in your order”

“The cap was way too small. My adult son even has a smaller head and this still didn’t fit him. This was really disappointing especially since I paid expediting shipping to have it in time and was not able to use it.”

“My order was not complete (missing 2) called and they sent the remaining pretty quickly without any hassles. Just glad I ordered with enough time to receive missing pieces. Product is good quality and will make all of my graduates feel special during this time where school graduations have been cancelled.”

“Great ship, easy to use, fast delivery. I was disappointed in the color of the cap. I ordered Maroon. The order says I received Maroon. But it is definity more red. I also ordered a tassel the same color. The tassle is spot on. They do not match at all. We are hoping to be able to Photoshop the cap color and make the senior pictures great.”

“The tassel I purchased had a snag in one of the strands. I cut it off, and realized it could be seen so I just cut it to the very top.”
