The stole arrived later than it was supposed to arrive. When placing the order, I was told it would take 3 weeks to make and deliver the stole. I received an email that the stole was shipped on November 30th, 2021. Every time I checked the tracking, it did not say that the post office had received the item until December 4th, 2021, four days after I was told it was shipped. Then I continued to check the tracking, and it would not tell me where the item was, just that it was in transit. The stole ended up arriving 2 days later than expected and barely made it in time. I wish the company would not have told me the item was shipped when it had not been yet.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that your stole arrived late. I checked the tracking information for your order and we did mail it on the 30th of November but I'm not sure why the package wasn't accepted by the post office until the 4th of December. Unfortunately, between the months of November and December, delays are to be expected with the busy holiday season. We just do our best to produce and ship as quickly as possible. However, once a package leaves our facility we have to put trust in the different shipping companies we rely on to get products to our customers. I have been very satisfied with the quality in past orders, but surprisingly, this time around I had two tassels of the red cords come off and unravel and one of graduation tassels was missing the school year.

I bought a total of 5 cords (2 gold, 1 white, 1 kelly green, 1 white). The gold ones (which are just yellow) did measure 70 inches. The other 3 (white, kelly green, and white) measure around 65 inches. Thus, they are uneven and couldn't achieve a nice clean look. The whole point of buying your cords from the same site instead of from multiple organizations is to have the cords measure exactly the same, and that was not possible. I'm highly disappointed after spending $34 on them and not receiving what was expected. Now it's too late to order from another company and still get them on time for graduation. Keep that in mind when you order. Now I'll have to postpone my pictures and see if I can get 70-inch cords from somewhere else. Other than the length, the quality seems ok.

Customer service, price and speed of delivery were great, but the cords we purchased have a mildewy, stale odor. I hope they can be aired out in time for graduation.

The hat had a spot on the top. If I didn't need it as soon as I did, I would have returned it. The stain looked like dried chocolate. I needed to use it for my son's photo shoot. Therefore, I didn't have time to return it. I was somewhat disappointed because I paid $75.00 to rush it to me. A somewhat sad customer, Jeanette Cox

Overall my experience was okay. I got my products in a timely manner. Although, once I ordered my products I never received a shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I had to reach out to customer service. If I received a shipping confirmation email, I would have rated my experience as 5 stars.

The logos could have been centered more and the stole itself could have been less stringy or had no string on it at all. Other than that it looks great

Thanks for letting us know! I just pulled up the tracking information on your package, and it does look like it took two days to deliver despite you paying or next day delivery. I just went ahead and refunded your entire order, since it seems like it was definitely important that it arrive on time! Sorry about that, we've definitely had a lot of issues this year with on-time delivery. Hopefully you can still use the order for pictures or something of that sort.

Good quality, however, the eyes for the logo were grey and not white as the uploaded picture. Since it was so close to graduation there was no time to replace the order.

I looked into your order, and it looks like it's taking a little longer because you ordered a custom product. It is scheduled to ship on the 29th and be delivered by June 5th. Please let us know if this timeline doesn't work for you and we'll see what we can do

Hi Alana, I just looked into your order, and I don't know what happened, but it looks like you selected abs paid for Standard shipping, which takes about a week.
