Items were refused due to arriving in time for use after paying for fFedex priority!!! Please issue credit as promised.

Thanks for the feedback! Your order left our facility approximately five hours after your order via UPS two day service (we do not ship via FedEx). Unfortunately, we are unable to personally deliver the package, and do need to rely on shipping providers, who are having serious issues with delivery due to COVID. We understand that this situation is very frustrating for our customers. To be honest, it is also frustrating for us, here, since we have gotten quite a few one star reviews when we have done everything within our power to help our customers. We can only hope people are understanding that shipping companies are having delays during this difficult time and those issues in no way reflect on our performance as a company. While we have not received the item as a return (tracking information currently shows the item as "delivered" and not "refused"), we will be able to issue a full refund as soon as we receive it back.

Thanks for letting us know! The tracking information on your package shows that it was delivered today, July 24, 2020 at 2:36 pm, even though it was shipped on the 14th. From the looks of it, your package was delayed in a USPS facility in Augusta, GA for about a week. There have definitely been some shipping delays because of COVID. Sorry about the delay!

Hi Tonia! You haven't received your order yet because this is a custom stole order. The website does state when checking out and on the invoice you receive that custom orders take 1-3 weeks depending on the time of year. The mock-up email you received also states the current 2-3 week turnaround. The order was placed on 7/6, the revised mock-up was sent on 7/6 and later approved on 7/13. Hi Brianna! I'm sorry to hear that you feel your experience with us was horrible. I was able to look up your order and we did have an inventory issue. You were contacted the following business day to get it resolved. In the end, we sent a different cord to you that was pretty close to what you originally ordered. I was disappointed with the return policy. I ordered 2 caps which were for my daughter and her BFF as I had no idea that their high schools would be providing caps and gowns for the students. They cost me $50, So ended up not needing them for this reason and went to return and because of their return policy I would end up only getting $10 back out of the $50. So not worth it to send back. Now I am stuck with 2 brand new caps and out $50. Shipping should have been free.

Thanks for the feedback! It looks like you paid with credit card, and not a direct bank payment. Since users don't create an account with us, there is no username or password to protect either. We have no way to know how someone might have accessed your bank account, but it was not likely related to the use of our site. You might want to look into using unique passwords for all devices, steering clear of shady websites, and using two-factor authentication for important sites like your bank account. Good luck with that issue!

It was the wrong colors. I ordered santa teresa high school colors which are orange and blue. I got yellow and blue. threw it away.

Update: AMAZING customer service! Honors graduation came through and moved mountains to make sure we were satisfied customers. They got our items to us for our 2nd event and refunded our shipping costs. I would highly recommend using them and will personally use them for our next 5 homeschool graduates. Great job Honors Graduation! I ordered 3 basic graduation items and paid $25 (!!!) shipping for a standard order... nothing customized and here we are, 4 days later and it’s still not here. Tracking number I was given for my shipment is invalid for UPS. What gives?!?!? Where are our items? We needed them TODAY for our first of 2 events!

Thanks for the feedback! It looks like your package was delayed by UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to physically deliver packages to customers, so we do rely on shipping services, which are having quite a few complications due to COVID and the current crisis situation. Looking over the notes in your order, it looks like we, at no cost to you (and over 3X the cost of your order in shipping fees) expedited a package via UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery so that your package would arrive on time. In an email you stated "THANK YOU! You came through with more than just words and I appreciate it so much. We had his gear for his graduation... just in time." Hopefully our customers who see this review won't be misled by your experience with our company. We are glad we were able to make this event work out for you.

Your site says that the cap you sent me is adult sized, ages 10 and up. I guess I should have looked at the age and not the word adult. The cap fit my small dog but not my son, whose college graduation was, of course, ruined by the current situation. I wanted to at least be able to take some pictures of him in a cap with a tassel, which is why I bought this. No way. Highly disappointed. I even paid extra shipping to get this too small cap here on time.

Sorry to hear that was your experience! It looks like when you entered your address, you entered the house number on one line and the street number on another line, which is likely what caused the issue. You should be able to check to see what you put in on the receipt that was mailed to you. In the future, make sure to put the entire address (123 Main Street) on one line! The second line is usually for additional information, such as an apartment number. Glad to see it worked out in the end!
