I was disappointed with the return policy. I ordered 2 caps which were for my daughter and her BFF as I had no idea that their high schools would be providing caps and gowns for the students. They cost me $50, So ended up not needing them for this reason and went to return and because of their return policy I would end up only getting $10 back out of the $50. So not worth it to send back. Now I am stuck with 2 brand new caps and out $50. Shipping should have been free.
