The cap is too small for any adult. I had to cut the cap st the seam and sew new elastic It now has a large gap where the fabric had to be opened. Not happy but have to use it.

It wasn’t what I asked for instead of getting a a 2012 logo I got a 2016 logo that wasn’t what I asked.

Hello ToniAnn, I looked into your order, and it looks like you ordered custom stoles, which take 1 to 3 weeks to produce. Hello Shirley, I'm sorry you never got a response, and that your cap is a little small. If you would like to return it you can send it back with a note about why you are returning it and we will issue you a refund when we recieve it.

Not happy at all. Ordered a replacement tassel for my lost one. I graduated in 1990. No schools back then used 4 digits for the year. It was just 2 digits. So my tassel that I ordered should have just had 90, not 1990. In 2000 that's when they started using 4 digits for the year. Very dissatisfied.

Hello, we're sorry you never got tracking info and that it came so late. It seems it was delayed in the postal system. The tracking said it was out for delivery yesterday, did you receive it? Don't hesitate to call or email if there's anything you need.

I placed an order on Sat., May 2 knowing it wouldn’t be shipped until the following Mon., May 4 because it was after 4pm. I paid extra for 3 day shipping because I needed it by Sat., May 9. I did not receive my order by the end of the day Thur., May 7, so I called the next morning, Fri., May 8. My order hasn’t even been shipped. The man I spoke with was going to overnight it, but I received a call back from a lady that the delivery service (UPS?) doesn’t deliver on Sat. I had to cancel my order and she issued a refund. I did get the refund credited to my account fairly quick. I was disappointed because I ordered tassels for a mock graduation ceremony I was having for my daughter after her official college graduation ceremony has been postponed until Aug.

Paid $9.61 expedited shipping. Product came after my virtual graduation. The company credited me $5.61 which was the fee above the $4.00 standard shipping cost. That being said, I paid for standard shipping plus the product and received it after my virtual graduation. Would like to get a total refund.

The navy blue graduation cap was royal blue. So disappointed in my purchase. The tassel was good.

Ordered on 4/30 then started getting emails about when event was (stalling).i said 5/10 and needed to take photos. Days later ok we’ll ship on 5/14, Really! Ship when ready according to my order date

I ordered my college graduation stoles from them and when I tried them on they looked different from the mock ups (the lettering just sat higher than I thought based off the mock ups they sent me). I talked with Lindsay Mecham and she wasn't very helpful and quite frankly rude. I totally understand that it must be very difficult to deal with these orders and everything going on with COVID-19. I emailed them and showed them proof of where everything was embroidered and she then told me the lettering should start 4" below my collarbone (I sent proof that it sat 3" below my collar bone) and she said that it's off by an inch and it's not that big of a difference. I can place a brand new order if it was that big of a deal to me. I reached out to my friends who also ordered their stoles through them and they also said it was placed higher up than what they wanted. Ultimately, I would say order from someone else who will really work with you and not be as rude, or just make sure you're okay if your order does not come out to be 100% true to scale based off your mock ups. I overall just had a really unpleasant experience with them and would advise others to order elsewhere.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry we were not able to take care of this for you the way you would have wanted! Unfortunately, with custom products, we are only able to match the final product to the mockup, and not to any individual's specific fit or body type or guarantee that a particular part of the customization will line up a certain number of inches from any part of anyone's body. We do take the quality of our work very seriously, and we are again very sorry that we weren't able to satisfy you in this case.
