Didn't even receive the cord, they sent it to the wrong address despite being given the right one. It's not even worth trying to reorder

We placed an order for the honor cords but the cords did not arrive. Your company credited the money back to us. We were disappointed with the service and the graduates did not receive the cords in time for the graduation ceremony.

I ordered my stuff way in advance and I won’t get it until the day of graduation. There has been no correspondence with me through Honors Graduation, it has all come through my school because my entire cohort had the same issue as me.

Hello! Thank you for feedback. Your order is for a custom master's gown and the invoice does say there is a production time of 60-90 days, the order was placed at the beginning of April. We had been in communication with your school about the production times previously to these orders being placed and we had let the school contact know that we would do everything we could to get these done on time given that the orders were placed with only about 6 weeks to get them done. Now with that being said, we are expecting to have the gowns ready to be picked up this week by the school contact, you will be receiving a shipping refund. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help as best we can.

The graduation stole looked like a birthday sash & didn’t even have the cut for the neck so it could sit on your neck properly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service and specifications for the stole were very unclear and hidden. They also took a long time to provide a refund for the order

Hi Nina, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience. Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to communicate the limitations on a single custom stole. Such as a maximum of 2 logos and 15 inches of total design space. We emailed you promptly about this and you chose to have your order canceled rather than edit your design. We voided the transaction within an hour of you placing the order. We never actually received any money from your order to refund. I'm sorry if it took a long time for the money to get back to you. It may have been been some kind of bank issue. Thank you again for your feedback and congratulations on your graduation.

They did not send two shirts, then I had to buy at higher price point at the embroider. Reached out for a refund a week later they send me the shirts which was too late. Now they don't respond to emails for my refund and I have two shirts we can't use.

I ordered two tassels with dates on both of them. One of the items was good but the other had a gold band around the tassel but the date was more of a rose gold color that did not match at all. I contacted you by phone and email and never heard back from your company. I guess I was not happy with your lack of response.

I was able to pull up your order and it looks like we did handle this internally with you directly and you had requested a cancellation after we contacted you regarding your order. I see that the refund was processed on May 7th and you should have seen that reflected back to you. The cords have an extremely foul smell to them. We tried to wash them and that didn't help.

Terrible. I received the gown 2 hours after graduation on the other side of the country after paying 166 to overnight the cap and sash to myself without the gown. What a joke.

They could not make my custom order. Because of family emergencies and machines breaking. Now i know that's something they cant prevent but it ruined my experience and i believe they should upgrade or have better maintenance on their machines

I ordered my graduation stole and gown over a month ago and still have not received my order (although I graduate in two days). I was then on hold for over 2 hours to contact someone regarding my order and still have yet to hear back. Will NEVER order from here again.
