I ordered two tassels with dates on both of them. One of the items was good but the other had a gold band around the tassel but the date was more of a rose gold color that did not match at all. I contacted you by phone and email and never heard back from your company. I guess I was not happy with your lack of response.

The cords have an extremely foul smell to them. We tried to wash them and that didn't help.

Terrible. I received the gown 2 hours after graduation on the other side of the country after paying 166 to overnight the cap and sash to myself without the gown. What a joke.

They could not make my custom order. Because of family emergencies and machines breaking. Now i know that's something they cant prevent but it ruined my experience and i believe they should upgrade or have better maintenance on their machines

I ordered my graduation stole and gown over a month ago and still have not received my order (although I graduate in two days). I was then on hold for over 2 hours to contact someone regarding my order and still have yet to hear back. Will NEVER order from here again.

I don't usually leave review but their customer service really pissed me off and I already warn them I would leave a bad review and still all I got was TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (: They waited a whole week after my customized stole order was already confirmed to cancel the order. They said the only thing they can do is sending a blank, plain, not customize stole so that I have something to wear for graduation. But why would I even be wearing a stole that will not even have my graduation year on it? Now I will have to order from a different company and risk not having it arrive in time for my graduation. I sent them a detailed email voicing my concern and that wasting my whole week for such time-sensitive subject is not okay and that I want to resolve the issue some other way and that just giving me a blank stole that I have no use for is not how I want to get compensate for wasting my whole week. I called the company and the manager and supposedly also the owner said they saw the email and just went ahead and refund the whole order and did not even bother replying to my email even when I specifically ask to resolve it some other way. The lady I spoke to said there is nothing she can do about the order because their printing machine broke down. However, When I proceed to ask about a big order of stole that one of the my university's department is ordering through them, she said they are still making big orders and they only canceled small orders. I got confused and ask how come they can print the customized stoles from the big order but not the small ones and she said they use different machine ... different machine or because big order = more profit? Anyways now I am left with not being able to get my customized stole in time to walk for graduation even though this might be one of the most special moment in my life since I am in a minority group, a first generation graduate, and I moved to this country by myself at the age of 13. So being able to get myself all the way through college is a very special achievement for me and all I want is just to celebrate it right. So what upset me the most is not that they made an error but their attitude and refusal to help better the situation. I appreciate them offering the free blank stole. However, even after I told them I have no need for it and the owner can clearly hear that I was upset and not satisfied with their service, she got impatient and did not even try to offer a different solution. There are many other companies that offer customize graduation stoles and accessories, PLEASE BUY FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately we had a series of issues in our customization department that left us without several of our machines for almost two weeks before getting back up and running. Something like that was unprecedented and left us having to cancel orders. You are right, there is no good excuse. We would have loved to better the situation, but unfortunately the situation really could not be bettered. The only different solution we could offer was a free stole that you could have had customized locally, which we did offer. Best of luck.

Hi Makaila, you ordered a custom stole, which takes 2 weeks to produce. After the two weeks the stole will be sent to you via 3 day delivery. I noticed in your order notes that you need it by a certain day. We will make sure to get it to you on time. Thank you for your business!
