Excellent experience from first inquiry to receiving the merchandise. I made two separate purchase, one stock merchandise and the other custom. The purchase of stock cords was easy and seamless and they arrived quickly. They look amazing and the students and families will appreciate them and the great quality. For the custom item, each time I called to clarify before placing my order they were super helpful and guided me to properly place my order. They double checked my order to make sure it would look right and then created the custom stoles. They are beautiful!!! Again, everything from start to finish was well done and you can clearly tell they love what they do.
