I accidentally gave the wrong building number for a tassel to be delivered. I called and someone actually answered the phone(that's rare now a days) and they told me the address had been changed and was very courteous to boot. I had sent a email prior to calling, needed to be sure they received the message. On top of a error I made I received the merchandise a few days after placing the order (wasn't expecting that). I would recommend this company any day!!!
