Their customer service is great! they were super quick in replacing my items. Their website though can be a little confusing; when placing the order, the "robe size" shows the measurements right next to the size, so you would think that the measurement is for the robe, but that measurement is actually for the student's height. I received the wrong size because of that, so I called and they explained what had happened. We changed the order over the phone with the correct size and they replaced it quickly.
