I ordered two cords from them for my college graduation since my campus shut down due to COVID-19 and I could no longer buy them from the campus store. I accidentally ordered the wrong color cord for one, emailed them describing the one I wanted, and within 2 days they responded by switching out my cord with the right color! My items arrived by the end of the week. Amazing customer service and very responsive! Plus the cords are great quality. Thank you guys so much.
