The live chat service is very much live! I asked about shipping times and they responded within seconds, saying they could get it to me by the end of the week. I decided to upgrade to three day shipping (I never, ever get faster shipping but I needed tassels immediately) and had my order within 24 hours! I don't know what witchcraft this is, but the prices and service are amazing.
