I am SO very happy with the customer service we received from Honors Graduation! Because our school is closed, we were unable to reroute our order to an alternate address timely. I drove by school multiple time, trying to anticipate when the package would be delivered and, sadly, never saw it. When Honors Graduation learned of our situation, they promptly offered to re-ship the order, and without additional charges. It is a tremendous relief to know that the order will arrive for graduation (albeit postponed due to the pandemic). I will continue to use Honors Graduation as our school's PREFERRED source for honors cords--not just for quality and price, but for EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you again!!
