Friendly and helpful customer service. They didnt have the size we wanted but took the time to explain the other sizes as an alternative. Would have given five stars if they had called me about the size being out of stock instead of me finding out when I called for an update. I do appreciate that they were able to expedite shipment as the cap and gown was needed in a rush to celebrate my child’s quarintined graduation at home. They made difficult times feel a little more at ease. Thank you!!
