The product was spot on, incredible quality and MUCH MORE economically as compared to Jostens. I also liked that HG allowed the option to order a la carte versus requiring individuals to purchase bundles. Two other huge bonuses -
1. Made in the USA
2. I made an error in my initial order, called on a Saturday morning and actual spoke to a human. A very nice young man who was extremely helpful and courteous. He corrected my mistake and the item was shipped immediately.
