Customer service is brilliant and the smells are A M A Z I N G! I have a 'Take Me to Mars' subscription and have been super impressed with the fragrances. I have fallen madly deeply in love with some of them (Celadon is my new favourite). I haven't loved all of them, and for me that is a good thing - being challenged is one of the joys of niche perfumery. Each edit is so different that it is impossible to get bored and there's always something new to discover. I have tried a few other subscriptions but Hoohaa has the most interesting smells by far and is really great value. Rather than paying a lot for 2ml, you often end up paying less for each 10ml sample than 10ml of the equivalent full bottle, plus, you get enough to see if it is full-bottle worthy. Highly recommend!
