“They sent me the wrong perfume. I sent them an email to complain and they said they'd look into it. But they never got back to me. Really disappointed - the smell they sent was the default for the month, and I wouldn't have chosen it because it's notes I hate. So it was a mistake on their end. I can live with mistakes but I'm unimpressed that they didn't get back to me.”

“Great service if you don't know anything about fragrances but are curious about them. Get a new one every month until you find one you really like or keep discovering new options. It's the perfect service for me. I don't have the patience and time to go research what could be options for me and avoids me sticking to the usual. Not sure who designed the boxes and labels but they feel very Bauhaus, almost like a collector's item. It's a nice touch.”

“Really loving receiving a new fragrance each month. The scents are top quality and long-lasting, can't wait for this month's delivery which is looking very very good. I just wish that the post office would get a move on and deliver my order of Cosmic Incense.”

“Every month three completely different scents to choose from, all of them of great quality. Sometimes swapping the scent on their website is impossible, but customer service does that for you in a blink of an eye, so yes - all in all - great service.”

“Really enjoying my subscription to Hoohaa. A varied and interesting choice of new perfume each month. All scents are unisex which I was not sure about however I have enjoyed moving away from traditional feminine florals. I save my new scents for special occasions so I have found that there is enough in each bottle to build up a collection. Fantastic Customer service. Looking forward to the next drop”

“This was a birthday present from my son. I enjoyed receiving a new perfume each month. They were interesting fragrances and easy to take in my handbag to refresh.”

“I purchased this as a gift and the perfume has been really well received, smells fantastic but the delivery seems sporadic. I purchased mid-march and we have received only 3 so far which is a bit off-putting and disappointing. Takes the shine off the idea for me as I feel like every month I am wondering if I need to contact HooHaa and find out what's going on. It also means that the previous month is empty when the new one arrives so there is no chance to build up collection and save some of the previous months.”
