They sent me the wrong perfume. I sent them an email to complain and they said they'd look into it. But they never got back to me. Really disappointed - the smell they sent was the default for the month, and I wouldn't have chosen it because it's notes I hate. So it was a mistake on their end. I can live with mistakes but I'm unimpressed that they didn't get back to me.
