FRAUD!!!
I booked a ride and wanted to cancel. unfortunately the company disagrees even though there is a week to book. the reason must be e.g. a disease for which I have to provide evidence. it's pathetic how you treat your customers. nowadays, you can opt out of any service without giving any reason. and you don't want to give me my money back!
