Booked and paid for a transfer which didn't turn up. Was told to get a taxi by their local rep and that they would give me a refund which they are now refusing to do - they will only give me credit which is not what I was told.
My return transfer was 30 minutes late and after calling twice to chase, they sent a taxi not a bus as they'd clearly forgotten this journey too. Stressful end to the holiday as was worried about making the flight in time.
Terrible service. Do not book with them.
