Terrible company to use. Impossible to get any reply out of them, every contact is met with a vague auto-generated email. We had a journey booked to and from the airport. Return journey they were 35 minutes late, and I had to call numerous times to chase. Spoke to a rude woman who went out of her way to be unhelpful, coming up with excuse after excuse and would only tell me the taxi was a "few minutes away". To top it off, when we got to the airport the meter price was £27 as opposed to the £45 we'd paid hoppa (including the 10% "discount"!). In summary, terrible customer service, expensive, late and additional hassle - avoid at all cost!
