Hoppa emailed me to ask for additional location information for my booking. When I sent this they said they couldn't edit the info on their own system and asked mr to cancel and rebook, When I did this the website said they would refund the total minus 30%. I asked for a full refund as I wasn't happy with this and they refused stating it was my fault that I had entered information incorrectly and they couldn't be held accountable. Beyond frustrating.
I've set PayPal & Barclaycard on them to resolve this as they now don't respond to my messages. Under no circumstances should anyone use this service and I hope they are shut down! Disgraceful.
