Similar to others here , our flight from malaga was 1300 and car Nice merc arrived at 7am stating the time was booked for that .we were still in bed and therefore cancelled him and got taxi at cost of 100 euro.
customer service said it was our fault , but there is only one flight to dublin a day and it 1300.
now i have used Hoppa for many years , and never a issue, however the attitude of customer service was poor and so i am trying to escalate the issue in hoppa . failing any satisfaction i will not use again...and it not about the money...
