Rude customer service - failed to contact local bus service for my return journey .
Tell lies when I clearly have correct confirmation - inputted wrong time and flight details then blamed me ? Left me stranded at the hotel and had to pay for an expensive taxi to the airport stress beyond believe never use this diabolical company again horrible people.
Appalling service useless staff never even said the word sorry once in all my emails , ?
