We booked and paid for a transfer from our hotel in Antalya to the airport but the bus never arrived. We were waiting for our scheduled bus (we booked it for 11:45) since 11 am. Once, it reached 11:45 am we started worrying but thought that it could be a bit late. Then we waited a bit more and after that started trying to get in touch via the ways listed on the ticket. None of them worked. All the contact details are useless, you only get to chat with a bot. We were in contact with Hoppa on WhatsApp. One of their employees finally answered in 33 mins, before there there was a fight with the bot leading nowhere. The agent tried to contact the driver and there was no answer as well. As a result, we were being terribly late for the flight and had to take a hotel taxi not to miss it. Even with that we almost missed the flight, we had to do an urgent check in through a help desk . I placed a complaint asking to refund the money paid for the bus and the unplanned spend on the taxi with which I was “nicely” rejected. The bus has never arrived but they sent me a picture of the hotel’s reception as a proof that the driver was there lol. We were waiting at the hotel for aged and could see every vehicle coming in and leaving. There was no Hoppa bus. As a result we spent around £100 on this stressful journey. I’ve been getting in touch with them for over a month now trying to get some reasonable solution. But what I got was nothing but quite indifferent attitude. The stuff is extremely rude and told me to shut. DO NOT USE HOPPA if you don’t want to have similar experience… As they say buy nice or buy twice… I hope it helps someone
