Worst transfer company I have ever used, will never use again. A minor flight delay and huge queues at passport control meant I was going to be late for the arranged pick up. Per Hoppa instructions I tried to phone the local vendor who did not answer, I also tried to use the Hoppa Whatsapp and Online Chat systems but they were completely automated and would not work as they couldn't find my booking.
Finally I managed to phone Hoppa who automatically routed me to the local vendor who told me he wasn't picking me up and to contact Hoppa again. I submitted a complaint to Hoppa who clearly use an international support desk that have proven to be absolutely useless in reading and understanding the complaint.
