So I booked a return journey to my hotel in Barcelona from the airport, even though I had confirmation the night before my driver DIDNT turn up, no warning no call no nothing, , I had to arrange with the help of the hotel for a taxi at extra cost. I raised a complaint, heard nothing. Hoppa is by far one of the worst service’s I’ve ever used in my life, my advice use them at your peril.
I will never use them again and if I could give them a minus score I would, sadly I can’t, shame on you Hoppa you’ve lost a valuables customer forever.
