Awful company. We booked two taxis, one to collect us from Barcelona Airport and on to collect us from the hotel at the end of our holiday. Neither turned up. Customer service are a fight to get hold of and get any kind of response.
They eventually agreed a refund of £97 minus a cancellation fee we paid ( we did not cancel ) hoppa just did not fulfil their obligations.
They have now only paid a refund of £10. They will not answer my messages and emails.
We will NEVER use hoppa again !
