Hoppa somehow allowed us to book a location that automatically changed, would not help us, would not compensate us, and it's been over a month. We booked a very specific location in Florence from the Port of Rome. I printed out the paper in black and white and the driver would not accept it. They insisted that we booked the Rome city center, which is not true.
We were forced to spend hundreds of Euro to get back where we needed to be, broken luggage, and I ended up breaking my hand.
Hoppa does not care. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
