I bought a subscription for my husbands birthday. It came on time. He opened the first can and it violently exploded all over his shirt and the floor. A few days later he tried another can and the same thing happened.....all 4 cans of the same beer exploded. The other cans in the subscription were fine. There was no visible damage to the box or any of the cans. I wrote an email to Customer Service with my phone number. I don't think they even read my email as they sent me a copy and paste reply. (I can tell as they asked for my order number which I had included in my email). They asked me to send a photo of the box and can. I sent a photo of the can - the box was thrown out. Neither photo would prove anything as there was no visible indication of damage. They dismissed me as I did not have proof. What was I supposed to do....take a photo of my husband opening every can? really? This was either a problem with production or storage as the other beers in my order were fine. I spent alot of money on this subscription. I do not feel you value me as a customer. Do you really think I am just after 4 free beers? Horrible Customer service.
