My sisters and I sent a customized beer basket to my brother for his 40th birthday. It was fun and easy to create and personalize online. I made an error with the mailing address which I discovered immediately after I placed the order. The customer service I received was excellent and professional! They quickly helped me straighten out the error and sent me a confirmation email to assure me it was taken care of. In addition they kept me informed as to how the Basket was coming along and asked for my preferences on changes being made to the basket to fit all the items I had selected. I will definitely use hops collection again! My brother loved his!! He loved everything that was in the basket and was really excited to try them all out.
