I ordered a gift well in advance for Valentine's Day and selected my delivery date as 2/14/25. The order was not shipped for multiple days, and I heard nothing about the status of the order. The delivery date kept changing as I logged on daily to review the updates. 3 days later the order shows up after I had to go find an alternative gift for Valentine's Day. Customer service is terrible and offers nothing to compensate for their lack of communication or ability to meet a delivery date. Avoid at all costs unless you don't care much about product, delivery date or service.
